If you want energy from what you eat here are a few tips:
1) Eat Raw whenever you can - Great place to go for online advice about eating Raw is the RAW FOOD COACH
2) Eat organic if you can afford it/find it
3) Eat fresh - (Avoid supermarket raw food. It's so old a lot of the vitamin content is lost!)
4) Eat the correct balance of acid/alkali foods (Boost your alkalinity and lose weight)
5) Don't eat the express train foods (fruits etc) directly behind the freight train foods (meat & stodge) The result is a fermenting train smash in your tummy - Those men with the pregnant bellies? Sometimes there are up to 30 dinners stuck in there!
